Description:

For this position it is essential that you have customer service skills and managerial skills in a retail area. The mainpurpose of this role is to assist the Centre Manager in the daily operation of a Business Centre. You will be responsiblefor the day to day management to deliver the highest standards of customer satisfaction. Other duties will include theimplementation of Customer Care and Quality initiatives, monitoring performance systems and developing and trainingstaff. It is essential that you have a good working knowledge of Health and Safety procedures. Parking is available,however there are fantastic public transport links near by.
