Telecom, Internet, ISP, Customer Service, Customer Relations, Administration, Co-ordinator, Call centre, SLA. Excellent opportunity for Customer Service Representative to join International Telecom & Internet service provider. The role will provide front line customer services for business customers who use a variety of Voice, Data & Internet products & services. The role will include dealing with account maintenance, billing queries, general customer support, co-ordinating the resolution of technical issues & dealing with enquires relating to a variety of products & services. This will be achieved through both proactive/reactive customer support via written, email & verbal correspondence. Ideally candidates will have Telecom, IT or Utility customer service experience. Excellent telephone manner, written English & computer literacy required. The ability to assess situation & use own initiative to resolve issues & bags of common sense required. Technical training will be provided & candidates should be willing to learn about telecom technology.
