: A leading global provider of connectors and switches and related products are looking for a Customer Service Representative. This progressive and dynamic company offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced Customer Service/Account Management co-ordinator. The role will involve managing the general sales and customer support internally, including providing technical assistance using the companies resources and interpreting catalogue information. Further this varied role will involve managing customer requirements, in terms of delivery times, price enquiries, stage of orders, return policies and keeping order changes up to date. Further you will interact with all field sales and other departments to ensure prompt accurate responses to meet or exceed Best -In-Class service levels and interacting with distribution partners developing and maintaining account related objectives. In addition you will be responsible for resolving customer issues, disputes and issues and maintaining compliance with SOA, code of conduct, quality systems and other business related programs The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years Sales, customer service or account management experience and strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and MRP systems. You will have excellent organisational skills, and be able to work effectively as a team or using own initiative. Language skills would be preferable French, Spanish or Chinese advantageous. The salary for the role will be GBP 20k, plus attractive company benefits.
