Description:

Successful multi national operating in the telecom sector are looking for a customer service/ field service team leaderto work from their Hertfordshire base. You should be an experienced electronics engineer, ideally with technical skillsin the power supply area and a strong customer and commercial focus.This role requires the managing of a team of engineers engaged in installations, training, service and support work. Youshould be a good communicator, able to plan and schedule work to demanding timetables, whilst keeping control of costsand budgets and working to the companies sheduling system. Negotiation with customers and contractors will often beinvolved, and there will be fairly frequent client visits. PC skills in Word, Excel and Powerpoint would be appreciated.Challenging role for a proactive engineer looking for management responsibilities.
