Description:

An experienced telesales / customer service officer is required within this leading financial services company to managea portfolio of clients within its' Healthcare, Private Medical Insurance division.Working exclusively with clients over the telephone you will receive your own portfolio of clients to manage, whereby youwill carry out annual reviews of their policies, ensure they are covered for all eventualities and look to spot potentialbusiness opportunities to refer across to the financial planning team within the business. You will also be proactive inlooking to develop new business opportunities.An excellent training program is provided in respect of product and relationship management as well as sales training.You must have an excellent and professional telephone manner and be comfortable within a proactive, customer focussedenvironment. Ideally experience within some form of financial services company would be preferred but not essential forthe right person.
