A busy maintenance company based in Bromley is urgently seeking an experienced Customer Services Advisor to act as thefirst point of contact for residents and clients. The successful candidate will administer all information relating toindividual jobs within a contract.Duties and responsibilities will include:* Answering telephone calls from residents and clients regarding repairs.* Log all call details onto the IT system.* Generate and distribute job sheets and correspondence regarding individual jobs.* Collate all relevant information regarding individual jobs.* In conjunction with supervisors and managers allocate work to operatives.* Liaise with customers and operatives regarding job completion and return visits and enter information onto the ITSystem.* File and maintain paperwork.* Log and deal with all complaints.* Produce invoices for completed jobs.* Notify managers of unprofitable jobs.* Co-ordinate operatives work and workload.* Procurement of parts.* Perform other ad-hoc tasks as instructed by the manager/senior management.To be considered for this position, the ideal candidate must meet the following criteria:* GCSE Maths & English (A-C grades)* 2 years customer service experience within an office environment* Effective written & oral communication skill* The ability to prioritise and organise own workload under pressure* Computer literate - basic IT skills* The ability to communicate effectively with people from varied social, cultural and professional backgrounds* Self motivated* Be reliable and show commitment* FlexibilityPlease note this company will be relocating to Crystal Palace during the early part of next year.If you have the relevant skills and experience and meet the listed criteria above, please email your CV to Claire ASAP! |
