Customer Support Engineer (Accounts Accountancy Software Pegasus Opera Helpdesk Executive IT Sales Support TechnicalHertfordshire, Herts). Leading software solutions company seeks a Software Support / Helpdesk Executive to providetechnical support over the phone. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing IT company and expand upon yourskills. Must have: Min 6 months technical support experience (ideally including helpdesk support) Knowledge of: PegasusOpera & Opera II, Exchequer Enterprise, MS Office. Desirable:Visual FoxPro experience. This role would suit a candidatewith some commercial experience looking to advance their skills and experience. Offices are based in Cambridgeshire.Salary: To GBP 30k dependant on experience. |
