To act as a single point of contact for all customers' service requirements, to manage service contracts and activities(long term and ad hoc), ensuring maximum profit and customer satisfaction is delivered.Qualifications and Experience:An ONC in Engineering is preferred, although proven relevant experience is more important.Must have previous experience of managing customers accounts and contracts in the engineering industry, experience orknowledge of rotating equipment is preferable.Skills required:Excellent communication skills at all levels, must be computer literate and have a basic understanding of businessfinance.
