About the role2. Overall Job Role:Satisfying supplier requirements for an accurate and timely data collection service, within a declared standard ofservice level agreement.3. Primary Purpose:To analyse and repair invalid data to enable loading into our DC system, SRLDP within agreed timescales.4. Principal Tasks:Correction of invalid level of electricity consumption e.g. withdraw a wrong reading.Correction of invalid meter details.Respond efficiently to internal & external customer queries.Respond within given deadlines.5. Resource Control:Computers, DC Database & various utilitiesWho we're looking forQualification, Knowledge & Work Related Skills.Good standard of numeracy & literacy.Good telephone manner.Accurate keyboard skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks.Eye for detail.PC & Excel skills are essential.Health and Safety, and Quality:Office safetySpecial Aptitudes & Personal Qualities:Able to remain in control when under pressure.To be able to work as part of a team.To also be able to work on own initiative.Flexible approach to work, to be able to adapt to change.Need to have an analytical approach to solving problems.Key Working relationships:Internal:IT SupportData Maintenance Team @ Tipton & KingswinfordColleagues within TeamExternal:SuppliersOther AgentsEducational Requirements:English and Maths GCSE Grade C or aboveLocation: KingswinfordStart date: 2/11/2005 |
