My client is looking for an experienced Commis Chef to take up the position of Demi Chef de Partie.The ideal candidate will have at least 18months Commis Chef experience, and be ambitious with an eagerness to learn and develop their skills. Along with having a Basic Food Hygiene certificate, essential qualities are you must be organised, efficient and demonstrate the ability to work under pressure, coping with a high volume of business. Reporting to the Head Chef, Sous Chef and Chef de Partie, the successful candidate will also be assisting in the managing and development of Commis chefs, and so you must have a great drive, and desire for responsibility and development.This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to develop their chef skills and move into their first Chef de Partie role.
