Department Manager (Front of House)Permanent Full-timeThe Role:Working with the Admissions and Customer Information departments, your challenge is to lead and develop the Front of House team ensuring every team member goes the extra mile to deliver outstanding service whilst maximising revenue.You will be responsible for the ticket office (including a computerised sales system), internal customer queues, customer information and resolving customer complaints.You will also have regular opportunities to work as the 'site' Duty Manager giving you added responsibility and knowledge of the whole operation.What you'll bring... * An exceptional desire for ensuring your team deliver outstanding, professional customer service. * 1st class people management skills. * At least 2 years' operational experience at Assistant Manager/Manager level. * Knowledge of cash handling and computerised booking systems * Ultimately you will be a driven team player with a realistic approach and a good sense of humour.Hours of workYou will normally work 5 days out of 7 on a roster basis covering the opening hours of the business.
