Description:

ResponsibilitiesWorking on the interface between DIRECT and client. This includes: Understand the clients requirements in order to provide pre-sales solutions. Understand the clients requirements in order to provide project role-out solutions. Analyse the clients data sources and interfaces and develop migration solutions Customer installations of DIRECT in various countries, as well as post installation support. Providing the technical support for the data migration of client data into DIRECT which may include: Creating SQL scripts to access client databases or NMS systems Creating APIs to client systemsAdditional Responsibilities: Provide technical solutions in support of sales opportunities. Provide technical input and documentation for the development of DIRECT. Provide technical support to the client. Provide testing of DIRECT Client/vendor liaisonCapabilities Programming skills with knowledge of C++, COM / ATL, VBA, XML A good working knowledge of SQL and Oracle Understanding of delivery and/or development cycles Have produced high level and detailed documentation in support of your work Knowledge of GSM and UMTS mobile phone networks. Overall understanding of transmission networks including SDH / PDH / ATM / IP / MPLS Ability and willingness to travel and work worldwide for extended periods of time when required. Good communication skills Be able to provide Project Plans using MS Project or similar tools
