My client is a market leading organisation and is now looking to recruit a Deputy Contract Manager to assist with itsoperation in Cornwall. Reporting to the Contracts Manager you will provide management support with specific duties toinclude:- Ensuring service level agreements are adhered to with regard to planned & reactive maintenance- Overseeing a team of skilled supervisory staff- Ensuring that all disciplines (M&E/B&C) are achieving performance targets and KPIs- Ensuring that accurate progress reports are provided each month detailing performance on each of the sitesCandidates must have management or supervisory skills and MOD site experience. You will also have a minimum of City &Guilds or equivalent professional qualifications in one or more of the following disciplines: Mechanical maintenance,Electrical maintenance or B&C maintenance. Remuneration dependent on experience but likely to be GBP 24-26k.
