Our Client, an exclusive health club operator requires a career-focussed deputy general manager at one of its flagship sites. The job purpose is to have the responsibility for service, operations and retention excellence, and delivering award winning customer service.KEY ACCOUNTABILITES:SERVICE MANAGEMENTSALES MANAGEMENTPEOPLE MANAGEMENTFINANCIAL ACUMENOPERATIONAL EXCELLENCEPERSON SPECIFICATIONExcellent leadership skills and motivator with previous experience in a similar role or substantial experience in a similar environment.Firm understanding of customer service and ability to demonstrate award winning customer skills.Previous experience of Health and Safety at work.Strong team skills and the ability to train and develop at all levels.An outstanding communicator.Strong financial and business acumen.Computer literacy- Word and Excel.Please note I will only be able to respond to successful applicants |
