Deputy General Manager Responsible for the Meetings & Events Operations, Floor services and food & beverage department, this stunning 4-star, medium sized hotel in Bucks is looking for an experienced hotel manager. Reporting to the General Manager, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in Food & Beverage, with a desire to provide outstanding service. At least 3 years experience in senior food & beverage management is essential, with a comprehensive understanding of all F&B revenue and control. In addition to this, a foundation understanding of rooms business is also required. This is a very hand-on role and will suit a manager looking to take that next step on the general management ladder, driven by success and results.
