Good communication skills, both verbal andwritten.Self motivated, and able to motivate staff group.7. Ability to work on own initiative to ensurestability and security of residents.DESIRABLE1. 2years experience of working with childrenNVQ 3 Children & Young People2. Ability to motivate staff, monitoring progress,formulating action plans etc, as necessary.3. Full driving licence.4. An understanding of challenging behaviour.5.
