Our client, a major food and groceries retailer is looking to recruit a senior manager for their financial accounting team. The purpose of this role is to manage a team of ten accountants (Qualified, Part Qualified, and clerical staff), and ensure the accuracy of the companys financial records. At the same time a key area of the role is to improve the companys financial processes and procedures, to make them as effective and relevant as possible. This is an important role within this company. The ideal candidate should be 1 to 2 years qualified, with a strong personality, and the confidence to develop and push forward this area of the finance.
