As the assistant store manager you will beresponsible for not only maintaining but also continuing to reinforce this brand at the leading edge of communicationretail.You are responsible for proactively managing the sales performance of the store by leading and motivating the sellingteam, developing and managing customer service levels and setting shop floor standards that the industry as a wholerecognises and aspires to.It is essential that you come from a management background within a highly respected high street retailer, preferablyfrom an environment where both the ability to increase sales and customer focus is paramount. You must be highly selfmotivated, customer service focussed and be able to train and motivate your staff as well as having a good eye formerchandising and standards.
