Description:

You will be in charge in the absence of the Matron and be responsible for managing and overseeing staff. Making sure allpolicies and procedures are adhered to, writing and iplementing care plans, carrying out risk assessments, implementingtraining s well as working on the floor. You will be overseeing a fantastic team of carers and nurses and suppportingthem in caring for the residents. Some experience at a senior level as desirable but an enthusiastic approach and caringand friendly manner is essential. Any successful applicant will be requird to have an enhanced CRB Disclosure.
