Design Team Leader, Marketing and Business Development Job description:Working in a large busy studio, you must be highly creative following corporate brand guidelines, mainly with print campaigns but increasingly with new media. Experience: Ability to work within a highly pressurised and time sensitive professional services environment. Ability to produce solid creative solutions from the brief supplied. Sound knowledge of photography to support the brand and design (from sourcing brand aligned images to briefing photographers or using our own high end digital camera). Ability to lead and influence a team of three designers, whilst handling multiple projects.Excellent administration skills.A strong portfolio to support your application. Essential software skills: Mac, Quark, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator. Desirable software skills: Dreamweaver, Flash, Director, Acrobat etc.
