Using a unique combination of long-termpersonal support and challenging activities, we enableyoung people to build the self-belief, and develop the personal and social skills they need to change their lives.As a Development Tutor you will plan, deliver and administer a range of sessions and courses to young people ranging fromclimbing and canoeing through to cooking and creative arts. With skills in outdoor education, and possibly other areassuch as creative arts, sports or IT, your ability to inspire and relate to our challenging client group is key.
