Description:

Dialler Analyst required with excellent Knowledge of the AVAYA PDS as well as additional experience of other Telephony systems. Your role will be to provide post implementation support to the Telephony operations department to ensure the dialler is fully effective and any necessary tweaks are made to maximise efficiency. You will be an integral part of the company and will need previous project based work experience to assist/provide training to team leaders regarding dialer functionality and day to day use and management. Full involvement in the project planning and implementation phase with attendance and contribution to project meetings. It will innitially be a 6 month fixed contract paying GBP 24/GBP 25k pro rata.
