In this role, you will lead, inspire and manage the digital media team to deliver an efficient, effective and profitableservice to clients that exceeds all performance goals. Where appropriate you will work in conjunction with the digitalmedia manager and media group directors to develop inspired and accountable interactive creative and programmingpropositions. You will be responsible for the calibre of both internal and external communications prepared by the mediateam, ensuring that all work, from interactive media planning to campaign implementation and delivery, meets acceptablelevels of quality. As well as driving existing business, you will be challenged to identify new business opportunities inorder to maximize both account profitability and agency revenue.The ideal candidate will have excellent team management experience, preferably working within an advertising/marketingagency environment. You must be passionate about the industry, demonstrated by a genuine interest in and enthusiasm forall aspects of marketing and communications, specifically interactive marketing disciplines.
