The Role:Working across all direct sales channels you'll understand the key drivers of acquisition and use this to maximise valueof acquisition, return on investment and ensure competitiveness of the Orange Pay As You Go offering.Working with other departments across Orange you'll develop and implement new direct sales channels for Orange PAYG,maximising the customer value delivered.This is an important and influential role as acquiring profitable PAYG customers in a cost effective way is one of thekey challenges facing the Orange business.Must Haves:To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following:Experience of acquiring customers via direct channels (online, telesales, affinity etc.).Analytical skills (data, spreadsheets etc.)Ability to manage in a matrix organisation across various departments.Nice to Haves:Experience of acquiring customers via direct channels (online, telesales, affinity etc.) in the mobile business Projectmanagement skills.The Department:The PAYG Segment Marketing team is responsible for all aspects of the PAYG Marketing mix.
