Our client is a global leader in the manufacture of power semiconductors and are now searching for a Director of ICProcess Integration. Responsibility for providing technical leadership of a multi-disciplinary team and for thedevelopment of new or improved semiconductor processes for analog and mixed signal power ICs will be required.Significant interaction with other disciplines such as device design, EDA development and wafer fab operations will benecessary as well as the timely completion of integrated process development and transfer to production.Desired qualifications include,- Strong mixed signal IC process development experience, specifically integration- Excellent personnel management skills within the wafer fab environment- Expertise with both front and backend process integration incl CMP metallization- Experience in the design and evaluation of parametric test structures for use in IC process development- BSc or equivalent in Physics, Electronic EngineeringPlease call us to discuss further.
