At least 2 years work experience is essential (although candidates with much more experience will not be ruled out and IT literacy and typing skills are highly desirable). This position requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with the ability to work under pressure, juggling various priorities, with little supervision and long hours, on occasion, if necessary. A substantial amount of work is performed on the telephone, so strong oral communication skills and a diplomatic telephone manner are essential.
