The Role:Daily duties include:- Answering any HR queries an employee may have.- Administering benefits and payroll.- Processing new employee details, changes, and terminations.- Advising managers of HR policy and procedures.- Every month, collect all employee payroll details and then send them to be processed (externally) to the payroll vendorMaking sure all payroll details are accurate.Candidate Profile:- Candidates should have a degree in HR or be CIPD qualified and/or worked in HR for a minimum of 2 years.- Ideally worked in an HR department, in one or more international countries.- Must be fluent in English and Dutch.- Good computer skills Word, Excel, Lotus Notes- Additionally, candidates will be; team players with strong communication skills, and analytical skills. You must beable to organise, manage and use your initiative.- IT skills Word, Execel, HRIS databases eg SAP HR, PeoplesoftSalary/Additional Information:The salary for this position is GBP 18,000 - GBP 23,000 + an excellent benefits package.******************************International Language Communications is a leading specialist multilingual recruitment agency.
