Key responsibilities:To play a lead role in the delivery of technology and business focused client projectsTo enhance our overall delivery capability and knowledge in EDRM and EDRM-related Business ChangeTo work with our sales team to identify and develop new business in our key sectors.Requirements:3 years EDRM project delivery experience in IT, operations or consultancy within the Public Sector (ideally central government, criminal justice / police or non departmental public bodies)Experience in other related areas such as Change Management, Benefits Realisation and Project ManagementProven experience in developing and managing Business Change workstreamsThe ability to operate in a consultative manner and work across topics, e.g. records management practice, business case development, Information Management Strategy development, organisation changeStrong analytical skills supported by an excellent academic background and the ability to write coherently and present findings in an effective mannerEffective interpersonal and relationship building skills coupled with an adaptable delivery style and an ability to multi-task.
