Our client a leading blue chip facilities management company, are looking to recruit an Electrical Maintenance Engineerto carry out Planned preventative and reactive maintenance tasks on all equipment on site, Operate plant and equipment,including the inspection of M&E equipment and systems to ensure safe operation in accordance with agreed procedures andcompany quality standards, undertake Minor repairs / modifications as appropriate, and document such incidents correctlyand promptly, ensure the Upkeep of maintenance records, and efficient organisation of the PPM system and asset register,supervise and monitor sub-contractors to ensure adherence to all relevant specifications, standards, codes of practiceand statutory regulations, conduct Risk assessments and the issue of Permits to Work with relevant H&S regulations,assist in Office moves and the preparation of meeting rooms and exhibitions as required as well as Portable ApplianceTesting and Promoting FM Team culture through communication and teamwork with colleagues, sub-contractors and the client.Suitable candidates will have C & G 16th Edition 236 Part 1& 2, ideally good cross over skills, with experience onvarious electrical and mechanical equipment, Knowledge of Permit to Work Systems would be an advantage, though trainingwill be given, electrical testing and inspection would be an advantage although not essential, in return you will receiveexcellent remuneration and all the benefits associated with working for a progressive blue chip employer.
