Duties Include:Respond to reactive maintenance requests across the buildingRespond to emergency breakdowns and carry out repairs wherever possibleCarry out planned preventative maintenance.Feedback to the Site SupervisorCall out 1 week per monthQualificationsAn electrically skilled engineer, with proven track record, and a sound knowledge of electrical maintenance.Minimum qualifications are apprenticeship served and qualified to a minimum of City & Guilds parts 1, 2 and C and 16thEdition Wiring Regulations.The PersonPositive approach and the ability to work under pressureAbility to work well as part of a team.Ability to fault find and follow task through to completion.Good hand writing skills with the ability to write precise reports.Good communicator able to deal with all levels of personnel including the client.
