: Internal Sales Co-ordinator Your role will be to provide a proficient and effective co-ordination and administrative support to the Surface Project Team helping to ensure customer requirements are met. Proposals Co-ordinator You will prepare the proposal documents and assist various members of the Proposals group such as Project Development Engineers, Project Managers and external customers. You will be involved in variation order requests, budgetary quotes and any other associated work. Project Administrator You will provide a proficient and effect administrative support to the Project Manager and Project Team helping to ensure customer requirements are met. Project Planner You will ensure appropriate project plans are in place, that these are monitored, progressed and expedited to meet the contractural requirements of the customer and internal company demands. Materials Supervisor You will be responsible for the organisation of an efficient warehouse operation with a high focus on Health, Safety and Environmental, ensuring that safe working conditions are maintained with good housekeeping. You will be responsible for inventory control and materials management, as well as the supervision of the stores personnel. |
