Design Project Managers 3GBP 35,000-45,000Seasoned design project managers, are required to join this successful consultancy and take responsibility for deliveryof a portfolio of capital projects, typically valued between GBP 50K and GBP 5M, occasionally up to GBP 10M.Candidates will have prime responsibility for successful project delivery, meeting all client and end-user requirementsand delivering acceptable financial performance for the company. Key attributes will include highly-developed teamleadership, man management and communications skills; personal drive and commitment; and project planning and controlskills. They will be familiar with multi-discipline building design and construction working methods, involvingpartnering and other team-working approaches.Team Leader (M&E Projects)GBP 30,000-45,000Our client currently has an urgent role for a Team Leader. The role will be to assist the Project Manager lead the M&EProjects team providing a quality professional service for all M&E Engineering work and services.Candidates will have a minimum of 5 years in a Building Services Design role particularly within schools or publicbuilding experience e.g. local/health authority. First class organisational skills with financial awareness andachievement of deadlines will come naturally to you. You will also hold a HNC or equivalent in Building Services orMech/Electrical Engineering and ideally hold membership of CIBSE or IMechE.Lead Structural EngineerGBP 35,000-42,000An experienced chartered engineer (MIStructE or MICE) is required to lead a team of about 6 structural design engineersinitially. There exists scope quickly to double this capacity.
