You are likely to be a graduate with a 2.1 or 1st Honours degree and around one year experience - either post graduation or as part of a sandwich degree course. Alternatively you may have several years experience now looking to take on more responsibilty. You will be working on key business systems in the areas of manufacturing, distribution or sales. ERP package implementation experience would be a great benefit but not essential.
