The experience must have been acquired in an online consumer services or products organisation, preferably within an international environment. In-depth knowledge of email marketing and in-depth understanding of online database marketing. Exp of working with an internally managed database, an advantage. Set the CRM strategy in conjunction with local CRM managers; this will include contact point strategy, acquisition, retention and loyalty You will be responsible for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of CRM marketing campaigns across European markets; drive pan European initiatives and provide support to local market teams to ensure targets are achieved.
