Description:

This well known European Carrier and ISP, who have seen significant revenue growth due their first class corporate/enterprise solutions and customer service, are currently searching for a Service Delivery Manager to manage a pan European virtual team, also with direct line management responsibility. The successful candidate will be the single point of escalation and delivery ownership for pan European deverables. To be considered for this role candidates must have a proven track record with the following skills: +5 years Proven Project Management experience within a Telco or supplier environment+5 years of Commercial Management within a Telco or supplier environmentExperience of delivering bespoke Pan European solutions.Experience gained in a customer facing, operational environment is important as is experience gained in a role related to processing financial transactions, including understanding of billing principles. Experience of handling more complex customer ordering and billing services Experience of line management of 10+ staffAlso to be considered for this role we are looking for candidates with a background in either an ISP or Telco with a strong understanding of: ATM/FR concepts, protocols and RFC's, DSL concepts, protocols and associated RFCs. VLAN concepts, interfaces and topologies. MPLS IP/VPNs concepts, protocols and topologies and Euro carrier wholesale org knowledge and delivery process experience.
