Working for the Planning, Policy, Research & Secretariat Department of this leading charity organisation you will support the Research Team in finding and entering data for the companys database.Duties include;*Liasing with a range of departments within the organisation in order to identify the companies funded or supported research*Identify appropriate studies from a number of sources including the library database, staff in regional and national offices, potholders and web based research databases*Acquire a key set of information about each study, which will form the minimum data required to create a meaningful record on the database*Input of relevant information onto the Evidence Bank databaseCandidate;*Minimum two to three years administrative experience*Experience of managing and maintaining databases *Ability to understand and summarise research information*Proficient IT skills on Word and Excel as well as In-House databases *Good communications skills, both verbal and written *Ability to manage a busy workload, set priorities and work independently*A flexible approach and plenty of initiative* A-level (or equivalent) level of educationIf you have relevant experience and the above description sounds of interest - please send you CV to Lizzie.Jolly@huntress.co.uk |
