One the Top 5 Private Practices is seeking to recruit an Expert in Forensic Delay Analysis. You will be based in the consultancys City of London office but they operate globally and are leaders in the construction Industry. As the suitable candidate you will provide Expert Witness services in the field of forensic delay analysis. You need to be capable of producing high quality reports, giving Testimony in legal proceedings and Arbitration. You will have to apply your knowledge in mediation, adjudication, and claim preparation and defence. Actual experience of giving evidence would be preferred but is not essential.Ideally you will have extensive construction experience, preferably with both client and contractor organisations. It is expected that in addition to being formally qualified in an engineering or surveying discipline, you will have a post-graduate qualification. Other employees who have success in this area originally trained as Quantity Surveyors or Civil Engineers. You will provide advice on contracts and will part of a specialist department that deals with arbitration and dispute resolution. Some of your duties will include the development of new business opportunities. Salary is negotiable and will include an attractive flexible benefits package. Remuneration is likely to be up to GBP 55k plus benefits.
