Working in teams of 2+, in day-to-day charge of the audit team, liaising directly with the client at all levels and withPartners, Directors and Managers to ensure they are kept well informed of the progress of the work. The work is mainlywithin the Public Sector particularly Local Government, Healthcare, Education & Social Housing.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPlanning & Risk Assessment of Audits.Senior responsibility on audit work, controlling and supervising other staff.Key point of contact on site with the client.Coaching and training the Trainee Auditors.Setting and reviewing work for Assistants.EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONProfessional Accountancy qualification e.g. CIPFA, ACA, ACCAEXPERIENCEEssentialQualified with a detailed understanding of the audit environment.Driving licence and access to a car
