They have aggressiveexpansion plans are looking for dynamic individuals interested in a career in supporting our national StrategicConsultancy Services team through the provision of facilities management advice principally to the public sector.You would work as part of a unit advising clients and consortia and performing other strategic consulting roles. You willbe 'client-facing' and will assume the role of inputs co-ordinator as well as acting as the technical/procurement advisorto project sponsors/clients.The position involves working in a vibrant specialist UK wide team supported by technical disciplines from within theGroup.Candidates should come from a Facilities Management background and should possess good team management skills and theability to draft FM specifications and link these to performance related payment mechanisms and KPIs. Candidates will beexpected to be able to provide advice to public sector clients on accommodation project FM issues from the outset. Goodcommunication and team working skills are also necessary.
