A hands on Team Leader is required to lead a small team of Facilities Assistants in carrying out site maintenance, postroom duties and general handyman duties in response to Helpdesk requests such as lamp changes, site cleanliness andtidiness.Management of the MMS self-delivered cleaning contract is a large part of this role and will require building a strongrelationship with the cleaning team to ensure standards of cleaning are maintained, and assist with any personnel issues.Duties will include: * carrying out weekly cleaning inspections, * management of cleaning stock submitting fortnightly wages and management of site cleaning budgets. It is essential that the Clients expectations of the cleaning standard be met so total flexibility and a hands approach is essential in this role. The successful candidate will be required to assist as necessary to cover cleaners sickness/holidays etc at both Scarcroft & elsewhere as required. Manage and update site audit files such as internal & external inspections, meter readings i.e. water, photocopier etc. Carry out regular on site performance reviews. Meet with external contractors as required to ensure they comply with H&S polices. |
