Our client, whose product offering includes industrial computers, panel PCs, terminal PCs, industrial platforms and peripherals, has an unrivalled reputation for cost effectiveness, superior design, engineering excellence and above all service and support. They are now looking to recruit a Field Sales Engineer to work within the Sales department. Specific responsibilities will include: Understanding the demographics, geography and industry sectors relevant to a territory Maintaining strong and close relationship with key accounts at all levels Plan and organise weekly sales activity sympathetic to market strategies Undertake research including cold calling in support of Market/Product Manager initiatives Ideally educated to HNC level and with a proven ability in the preparation and presentation of sales proposal documents, you will have at least a two-year track record of meeting sales targets in a business-to-business engineering environment, with ISO 9001 QMS experience an advantage. An in-depth knowledge of PC technology or a foreign language ability will prove highly beneficial. |
