Whilst knowledge of the hotel sector would be of value it is not essential as full and ongoing training will be given. Tous the key factors are that of proven field sales experience along with that of business development, new accountmanagement and closing the deal. Success in direct sales particularly in the business to business sectors is a skill thatis essential, whilst also understanding how to develop a territory and manage relationships is also important.Additionally knowledge of sales aid leasing would be a benefit.Our sales enquiries are generated by high profile trade advertising and mail-shot campaigns supported by professionalinternal telemarketing activity. The field sales team will also be expected to generate initiatives that will besupported by the marketing team.
