They provide a free of charge service by conducting the claim on a no win no fee basis and byproviding an insurance policy to ensure that the client has nothing to pay win or lose. In addition all compensationawarded to the client is paid out in full to the client.Job Description:In these newly created roles you will be responsible for raising both the awareness and profile of Your Claim TeamSolicitors. You will undertake this task by being the first point of contact for potential clients who may be eligibleand considering making a claim for compensation. Employed Tuesday to Saturday between 8.00am and 4.30pm you will workfrom a marketing stand in various shopping centres and will be required to explain the services of the company to passersby with a view to taking down the particulars of the client's claim, which you will then forward to the ClaimCoordinator. For hitting an agreed level of accepted leads each month you will achieve an incremental bonus.Candidate Specification:Confident with a professional manner, you will be an outgoing and personable individual who is comfortable approachingmembers of the public and conversing with them with regards the services that Your Claim Team Solicitors can offer. Youwill have business and commercial acumen with a focused approach to new business generation. You will be enthusiastic andself-motivated individual more concerned with a holistic approach to clients needs rather than a hard sell mentality.Ideally you will have previous experience of sales or promotions working in shopping centres or other similarenvironments.
