Field Service EngineerField Service Engineer. Our client a company who provides a computer repair service for retail purchases, warranties andextended warranties, requires a Field Service Engineer to visit retail customers in their own homes and repair computers,printers, scanners and other related equipment. The Field Service Engineer will have a minimum 2 years experience infixing computers and peripherals, ideally in a field based role. The Field Service Engineer will have experience ofdifferent types of PCs, printers (lasers, inkjets etc) and other peripherals as well as the different operating systemson the market. The Field Service Engineer will have good communication skills, interpersonal skills and organisationalskills. The Field Service Engineer will be of smart appearance and will have experience of customer facing environmentsand have good communication and customer service skills. The Field Service Engineer will work a Northern territory andwill need to be based in Carlisle covering the surrounding areas in potentially a high mileage role working from home.The Field Service Engineer will earn a GBP 16k salary plus a company vehicle and company mobile and fuel card. |
