: My client is one of the world's leaders in the design and manufacture of advanced packaging equipment. They are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join their team who will be reporting to the Customer Support Manager. The job will involve worldwide travel as the successful candidate will spend a lot of time working at customers premises being involved in the installation and service of their bespoke special purpose machinery The ideal candidate - Will have at least an engineering apprenticeship. ONC or above in Electrical or Electro/Mechanical engineering is desirable. Experience working with packaging machinery or similar equipment Experience of computer based electro/mechanical control equipment Will have an understanding and trouble shooting machine related PLC programmes The role offers an attractive package including overtime and a company car.
