In order to provide a first class support service for its customers the company is now looking to appoint an experiencedfield service engineer to maintain its range of top quality capital equipment for anaesthesia and intensive care inhospitals across London.Key tasks include: Management of own service area and workload; Responding to Emergency callouts as necessary; Installingand commissioning systems at customer sites; Provision of Technical Support to Sales Department and directly to customers; Communicating with Sales Representatives for region, to maximise business opportunities; Involvement with negotiationprocess for Service Contracts; Management of own inventoryIn order to apply you will need: HND or equivalent in electronic; IT literacy (essential); Networking/telemetry knowledgewould be an asset; 3 years experience in a medical Field Service role (essential); Good Product KnowledgeYou can look forward to a good basic salary, bonus scheme and generous package of benefits as well as the chance to joinone of the best known names in the industry! |
