Our client is one of the longest established broad based telecoms network providers in the UK with its main office basedin Central London. Due to recent expansion and acquisition they are seeking a talented and dynamic Finance Director tojoin the board.Your duties and responsibilities will include:Supervise and lead the preparation of annual budgets, statutory accounts, and monthly management informationManagement of the finance function, via direct reportsSupervise internal controls and procedures across the business and ensure compliance therewithInternal accounting and financial reporting.Working closely with the sales team in forecasting and analysis of sales.The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified accountant with substantial management experience in a finance function anda strong commercial outlook, ideally with a background in a telecoms or media business. You will be able to work inpartnership with senior management and not shy to highlight issues.
