Build business cases that require IT finance contributionEnsures that business cases for investment are sound, that thefinancial returns and risks are understood and what the impact of the investment is on the divisionWorks with programmesto understand and improve the delivery of business benefits; translates these into financial impact and maps back throughto LoB business cases; works closely with e2e measures teamWorks with programmes to benchmark and improve efficiency andeffectivenessDrives vendors for optimal purchasing deals Provides Finance leadership to support designated programmes inall Makes sure programme plans align with LoB affordability, ensuring that all programme activity is fully funded, thatcosts are understood, appropriate and fully recovered through transfer charging activity.Works with programmes to aligntheir resource and cost profiles to 90 day plans and annual targets (including agreed demand from LoBs). Complexspreadsheet modelling and/or data analysisDegree level and a fully qualified accountantAround 6 years post qualifiedexperience. Has experience of working in different industries / Lines of Business has experience across a range offinancial disciplines / functional areas. Can change roles with ease and quickly get to grips with the financial andcommercial challenges of different work areas and or regions / countries. Previous working experience in IT anadvantageHas excellent management skills.
