This challenging role is seeking an enthusiastic individual who is ideally ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified. It is essential thatyou have previous experience in leading a finance team and have the ability to manage and maintain strong relationshipswith third parties. Other notable duties include:- Supporting and guiding the AP and Payroll team managers total of ateam of 17- Providing strategic direction for the above teams - Review and improvement of internal processes- Leadingservice review meetings- Driving cross- functional initiatives- Working with senior managementCharacter fit is importantfor this growing organisation previous retail experience is preferable but not essential.
