This challenging role is seeking an enthusiastic individual who is ideally ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified. It is essential thatyou have previous experience in leading a finance team and have the ability to manage and maintain strong relationshipswith third parties. Other notable duties include:- Supporting and guiding the AP and Payroll team managers total of ateam of 17- Providing strategic direction for the above teams - Review and improvement of internal processes- Leadingservice review meetings- Driving cross- functional initiatives- Working with senior managementCharacter fit is importantfor this growing organisation previous retail experience is preferable but not essential. Evidence of strong leadershipand supervisory skills is important. If you are qualified by experience but meet the above criteria I would be keen tohear from you
