Description: |
Based in a bank branch, you conduct interviews with customers to review and meet their financial needs, ensuring thehighest quality of service is provided.You will actively sell and/or introducing appropriate bank products and services, referring to other product specialists(such as Mortgage Advisors) where requiredYou will actively seek opportunities to develop new business from existing or potential customers e.g. partaking incampaign activities, telemarketing and customer calling programmes etcYou will develop and maintain appropriate working relationships with colleagues in all sectors of the branchBasic salary is highly negotiableEnhanced salary levels based on personal sales performanceIndividual, uncapped bonusQuarterly team bonusGroup Pension investment planHealth coverQuality car or cash alternative22 days holidayYou will ideally need FPC 1,2 & 3 CAS status A proven track record in financial sales Minimum 2 years industry experience A high level of persistencyMore on request from Blue Vision Recruitment |
